Every internship coordinator needs to have a series like this in their arsenal! Grant Associates understood the power that an animated series of videos could have in helping their partner companies prepare to host interns. Together, we made three videos overviewing the most important aspects of creating and managing an internship for youth. Each video is 60 seconds and covers a series of topics such as onboarding, internship assignments, and supervision.
