Fieldware developed OffenderLink Web-based Supervision Management System with an integrated live support center as a collection of fully-hosted programs designed to support the Corrections industry including Probation, Parole, Community Corrections, Pre-trial, and Institutions. To better explain their flagship product – Automated Telephone Reporting (ATR) – we worked with Fieldware to create an explainer video that made their solution accessible to buyers to help generate interest in a demo.
